We may deliver your order to your postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also pick up your parcel at a UPS Access Point. Our carrier internationally is UPS.

KYLE HO offers free standard delivery on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

For orders placed outside the EU, KYLE HO covers applicable duties and customs fees for most* delivery countries.

Generally, orders take 3 - 7 business days to arrive after the shipping confirmation email. However, please remember that delays may be caused by delayed payment authorisations, product availability, or customs delays. During busy sales, a high volume of orders may also lead to longer delivery times.
